Paul Halucha was appointed Associate Deputy Minister at Environment and Climate Change Canada in August 2021. He previously served as Assistant Secretary to Cabinet for Economic and Regional Development Policy at the Privy Council Office, Assistant Deputy Minister of Industry at Innovation, Science and Economic Development. At Industry Canada he served as the Departmental Advisor in the Minister of Industry’s office for the terms of three Ministers and was Chief of Staff to the Deputy Minister.
